Circular Economy and Environmental Sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Conference took place in Bologna and was organized by University of Bologna (Italy) and Technical University of Iasi (Romania) with about 300 participants.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is an important dissemination platform that strives at each edition to bring together specialists to discuss novel research and to develop inter- and multi-disciplinary project ideas in the wide field of environmental sustainability. <strong>During the conference dr Jacek Krzy\u017cak had a lecture entitled \u201cPhytoremediation potential of <em>Miscanthus<\/em> x <em>giganteus<\/em> and <em>Spartina<\/em> <em>pectinata<\/em> cultivated on sites contaminated with heavy metals\u201d.
