The series of workshops within the project TExTOUR has already finished

The series of workshops within the project "TExTOUR - Social Innovation and TEchnologies for sustainable growth through participative cultural TOURism", during which the local community and stakeholders participated, has already finished. The workshops took place in the Historic Silver Mine in Tarnowskie Góry, managed by the Tarnowskie Góry Land Enthusiasts Association - in our pilot area, which, apart from Tarnowskie Góry, also includes the communes of Zbrosławice and Bytom.

Over the last three months, we have managed to define the missions, visions and goals for the Cultural Tourism Development Strategy, identify and map local cultural heritage resources, create a set of activities specific to our pilot area, as well as develop business models for activities selected and selected during the workshop #2. The latter task was performed on the basis of the "Business Model Canvas" tool.
