Acceptance

Using www.ietu.pl, communicating with us electronically or submitting a filled in form, you accept the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of data as described below.

Personal data

You do not have to submit any personal data if you want to use the website www.ietu.pl. The site collects only these data which have been voluntarily provided by the visitors. Such data may include: name, current position, business address, e-mail address, or telephone number.

If you are going to take part in the events, activities or projects organised by us, no matter whether they are organised exclusively by IETU or in cooperation with third parties, in particular: conferences, seminars, training courses, competitions, surveys, or if you wish to get access or receive newsletters, reports, bulletins, information about our activity or other materials prepared by IETU specialists, personal details may be required for registration.
In general, providing personal data is voluntary, but with the reservation that in some cases, including the situations mentioned above, personal data may be required for technical or organisational reasons.
IETU collects personal data of the users only with their consent.

Personally identifiable data provided by the user electronically (e-mail, contact form or registration form on the website) will be used only in the way and for the purposes described in the place where the data were provided. The data administrator is the Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas in Katowice, 6, Kossutha Street.

The collected data are used to provide specific services to our users, for administrative and statistical purposes, as well as to protect the website www.ietu.pl and its users. The data collected through the contact form are for the sole purpose of sending a newsletter, registering for events organised/co-organised by IETU, or for sending information about specific areas of interest and improvement of our website and services we offer. IETU may also use personal information for marketing purposes or for sending promotional materials or correspondence concerning our services.

We shall not transfer the collected data to other parties. The only exception is the case where it is required by law.

We analyse the collected data using solutions provided by external vendors. We are currently using Google Analytics. This tool works on cookies but does not provide access to personally identifiable information. Access, deletion and correction of data

Every user of the website www.ietu.pl has the right of access to the provided data and their edition. What are cookies?
