IETU supports state and private customers as well as local governments in environmental impact reduction, efficient management of resources and adaptation to climate change. It provides comprehensive and professional services in environmental management, offering its more than 45-years’ experience, a reliable and qualified team of experts, an accredited environmental testing laboratory, and an accredited Environmental Technologies Verification Body (EU ETV).

IETU’s Central Laboratory is accredited by the Polish Accreditation Centre, Signatory of ILAC MRA (Certificate no. AB 325) for performing chemical analyses and sampling of wastewater, sewage sludge, and drinking water, physicochemical analyses of secondary solid fuels and determining physical properties of water, soil, waste, wastewater, sewage sludge and drinking water.

The Environmental Technology Verification Body - IETU is accredited by the Polish Accreditation Centre (Certificate no. AK 026) to perform verification of water and wastewater technologies in the following areas:
