In 2019, as part of the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability, five new Focus Groups were set up. The topics addressed by the experts of the new groups include: wildlife and agricultural production, sustainable industrial crops in Europe, reducing the plastic footprint of agriculture, sustainable beef production systems and climate-smart (sub) tropical food crops in the EU.
